Ensure that the key components of the machine and equipment are clean and tidy, not stained with dirt and dust, ensure that the heat transfer film is clean and tidy, not sticky with fingerprints and dust, ensure that the printed products are clean and free of dust, stains, and ensure that the hands of the processors are clean and free of stains and sweat.

Hot printing pressure must be adjusted to the most appropriate, otherwise too large is very easy to hurt the rubber head and the hot object, too small and interfere with the hot printing effect. After adjusting to the best hot printing pressure, the pressure should be adjusted and locked to prevent changes in mass production and processing.

The hot printing temperature has obvious interference on the quality of hot transfer products. If the hot temperature is too high, the printed matter will be damaged easily. If the hot temperature is too low, it may not reach the normal transfer. Ironing temperature should be determined according to the factors such as printed matter, flower film and heat transfer machine. Different materials have different ironing temperature.

The hot printing time (speed) shall be determined according to the specific hot printing materials. Under the condition of ensuring the hot printing efficiency, the faster the speed is, the higher the production efficiency is. However, some products must adopt slow hot printing due to some special conditions.
