What are the reasons for the poor effect of 3D heat transfer

1. Mould sticking, rough and wrinkled appearance of the finished product, with roughening condition. Cause analysis: the mold temperature is too high, and the cavity is not turned on time after falling.

2. Shrink the edge and crack the parting surface. Cause analysis: mold temperature is too high or vulcanization pressure is insufficient, mold deformation

3. Scratch, scratch, groove, concave or cut mark on the appearance. Cause analysis: contact with other things or improper use.

4. Poor adhesion, separation and falling of rubber and framework. Cause analysis: the adhesive is wrong and the skeleton appearance is not disposed in place

5. Impurities, particles with visible color, such as other things, stains, oil marks, etc. Cause analysis: the rubber material is not clean, the mold is dirty, it contacts with other things or the finished product is improperly placed.

6. The insert is out of position, which violates the specified position. Cause analysis: improper placement of inserts, excessive clearance between positioning die core and inserts.

7. Layered, the finished rubber part can not form a whole, resulting in double skin. Cause analysis: the appearance of the compound is damaged, the compound with poor solubility is mixed unevenly, and the compound is sprayed with frost.

8. Dislocation of the mold and displacement of the parting surface of the finished product. Cause analysis: loose locating pin, inaccurate mold closing and improper mold.

9. The burr is too thick, and the additional material not belonging to the finished product is too thick. Cause analysis: too much rubber and too large clearance between parting surfaces of the mold.

10. Notch, incomplete finished product, with concave section. Cause analysis: improper mode of mold output or damage caused by external force.
