1、 Introduction of heat transfer printing technology

Transfer printing is a kind of printing method that transfers pictures and texts on intermediate carrier film to substrate by corresponding pressure. According to different pressure, transfer printing can be divided into water transfer, heat transfer, air transfer, screen transfer, low temperature transfer, etc. Among them, the thermal transfer printing is to print the portrait, landscape and other arbitrary images on the color ink-jet paper (or thermal sublimation ink-jet printing paper), or ordinary ink on the adhesive film heat transfer paper, and then heat the heat transfer equipment to a certain temperature within minutes, so as to transfer the vivid color of the patterns on the paper to porcelain, glass, metal and plastic A special printing process on materials such as cotton and cotton fabrics. 2、 Production tools and implementation process

The heat transfer printing technology can be widely applied to porcelain, glass, metal, plastic, cotton textile and other materials, However, due to the limitation of heat transfer area and object shape, special tools are often needed for different areas and shapes of objects. Currently, the common heat transfer printing tools are mainly flat plate machine (hot stamping machine), baking plate machine, baking cup machine, etc., but after all, their production methods are based on the principle of heat transfer, so the production steps and flow The process is almost the same, but the application of heat transfer tools is different. The following is an example of using a tablet machine to transfer images to clothes to illustrate the steps and processes of heat transfer production.

Step 1: print the image through a color inkjet printer.

Step 2: put the printed pattern aside first, and then start to transfer. In transfer printing, when the printed image is placed on the clothes, the pattern should be face down, that is, reverse printing. Then adjust the time (usually 20 seconds) according to the transfer requirements of the heat transfer equipment, and close the heating plate of the equipment (Note: before the transfer of pure cotton T-shirt, a little darkening agent should be sprayed on the printing part, and the heat transfer should be carried out after air drying. The function is to change the ink color through the thermal pressure and improve the bright effect of the ink on the clothes).

The third step is to avoid heat transfer on the garment. After the time alarm of the heat transfer equipment, lift the heating plate, quickly uncover the pattern paper, take out the clothes, and turn off the power supply of the equipment.

Step 4: finally, when the temperature of the clothes becomes cool, fold and pack the clothes, the whole heat transfer printing can be completed and the finished products can be made.
