Curing principle

The UV printer uses a LED lamp, that is, the ultraviolet light emitted by the UV lamp reacts with the light coagulant in the ink, so as to solidify the ink so as to achieve the drying of the ink. Imaging principle

The imaging of 31 degree UV printer is realized by the physical reaction between the photo-curing agent in UV ink and the ultraviolet light irradiated by the LED lamp. It is not the traditional heat baking or natural drying. The traditional drying method takes too long time, which is also an advantage of the UV printer, that is, to dry immediately. Because the reaction time is very short, ink solidification can be achieved in about 3 seconds to form patterns, which greatly saves a lot of tedious steps, shortens the production time of finished products and saves time and cost. But because the UV ink itself is matte, receiving off-line irradiation can not reflect well, which leads to the image of the pattern dull, not bright enough, but this is not a problem, in view of this situation, we can use the form of UV varnish (varnish) to spray a transparent liquid on the surface of the pattern to achieve a high-brightness effect, so the printing effect will be very bright and good-looking.

Color principle

The UV curing ink used for the 31 degree proofing is Dong Dong Zhou ink. The basic color matching is C (green), M (product), Y (yellow), K (black), plus W (white). Besides, there are also Lc light blue, Lm red and other colors. According to the actual material printing pattern needs to match the appropriate color, basically through these 6 basic colors can be adjusted to all the color of printing needs. How to achieve no deviation between image and printed pattern color? At this time, we need to use color management software.
